How do I find out what's available right now?

What do I need to apply?
Photo ID for every adult, proof of income, rental history with contact numbers for previous landlords, and two references. Having those together before you apply is the fastest path to a decision.
How long are your leases?
We write long-term residential leases — typically a year — because we'd rather have residents who plan to stay. Ask us about specifics for the home you're interested in.
Do you allow pets?
It depends on the property. Tell us the number of pets, their size, and their breed when you call, and we'll tell you what's possible.
Who handles repairs?
We do. Report the issue by phone with a description and the location in the home, and we'll tell you what happens next and roughly when.
Do you charge an application fee?
Any fees are disclosed to you up front before you apply. You'll never be surprised by a charge you weren't told about.
